Privacy notice
This notice explains how personal data are processed when you visit the RIDA website or contact us. Our data processing is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Who is responsible?
Manuela Runge GmbH, located in 8404 Winterthur, Switzerland, operates the RIDA brand and is responsible for the processing described here. UID: CHE-434.219.142.

Visiting the website
This is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. When your browser requests a page or file, GitHub receives technical connection data, which can include your IP address, browser and device information, the requested resource, and the date and time of the request. These data are processed to deliver the website and support its security and operation.
GitHub determines retention for the technical data it processes. See GitHub’s privacy statement for its processing, retention and international-transfer information.
Google Fonts
The website loads the DM Sans and Manrope typefaces through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve the font files, transmitting your IP address and technical request information so the fonts can be delivered. According to Google, it does not use the Fonts API to create profiles of end users or for advertising.

Email enquiries
If you email us, we process your email address, any name and contact details you provide, and the content of your message to respond and handle the enquiry. The contact mailbox uses Gmail, provided by Google. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting professional relationship, and longer where legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require it. Access is limited to those who need it to handle the correspondence and the providers supporting the email service.
Service providers and processing abroad
GitHub provides website hosting; Google provides external fonts and the contact email service. Their international infrastructure may involve processing outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices describe the processing locations and transfer safeguards they use. We do not sell personal data received through enquiries.
Analytics, cookies and external links
We have not added visitor analytics, advertising trackers, tracking pixels, contact forms or newsletter subscription forms to this website. Our website code does not set cookies or store visitor information in your browser.
External resources are provided as ordinary links. Following a link takes you to another provider’s website, where that provider’s privacy practices apply.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request information about your personal data and ask for correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also object to processing or request the release or transfer of data. Contact us using the email address above; we may need information to confirm your identity before responding.
